What you will do

• Deliver impactful onboarding sessions, product training, and webinars to inspire confidence in new users.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to track customer health and identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively engage with customers to maximize product adoption and value realization.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and strategy.
• Continuously improve and scale onboarding processes to enhance overall satisfaction.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English language.
• Bachelor degree or higher.
• 0-1 years of relevant working experience.
• Natural ability to teach and explain complex concepts.
• Excellent listening and organizational skills.
