TL;DR

Onboarding Consultant (SaaS): Leading the implementation of AI-powered business communication solutions for new enterprise clients with an accent on product adoption, workflow design, and technical integration. Focus on managing the customer lifecycle, driving feature utilization, and ensuring early value delivery for complex B2B SaaS accounts.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona (Aticco Urquinaona, 4 days in-office)

What you will do

  • Own the first three months of the customer journey, ensuring AI voice agents go live within two weeks.
  • Coordinate with technical support to troubleshoot and implement complex software configurations.
  • Design and roll out customized AI workflows that align with client business objectives.
  • Act as a project manager to drive product adoption and maximize platform utility.
  • Share product expertise and best practices to ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an onboarding specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience in tools like Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
  • Demonstrable experience working with AI tools and understanding their role in business workflows.
  • Customer-first mindset with experience managing cross-functional handovers.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Prior experience in the cloud communication or business calling software industry.
