TL;DR

Onboarding Consultant (AI): Empowering customers to maximize hirify.global's AI suite with an accent on driving engagement, adoption, and long-term success. Focus on solving technical roadblocks, guiding customers through setup, and ensuring successful implementation of AI Voice Agents.

Location: Hybrid, Barcelona, Spain. Must be able to work from the office 4 days a week.

What you will do

  • Own the first three months of the AIVA customer lifecycle, ensuring AIVA goes live within two weeks and customers utilize 75%+ of their purchased minutes.
  • Serve as the customer’s project manager during the first three months, coordinating with technical support when needed.
  • Drive timely product adoption by guiding customers through setup, use case design, rollout, and early value delivery.
  • Share best practices and help customers get strong results from AIVA, AI workflows, and connected tools.

Requirements

  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on customer outcomes.
  • Proven history as an onboarding specialist with experience leading onboarding in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or similar products.
  • Technical aptitude to learn software products in depth and guide customers through setup, integrations, and adoption.
  • Experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
  • Fluency in English is required. Spanish is a plus.
