What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for a portfolio of customers.
- Develop and execute mutual success plans and engagement strategies tailored to client goals.
- Advise customer leaders on transforming BSM processes to drive immediate value and efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, post-sales, and product teams.
- Coach and guide customer teams to ensure adoption and realization of business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a SaaS environment.
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay or Business Spend Management (BSM) processes.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, transparent, and fast-paced environment.
- Professional proficiency in English.
