What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital projects including UX/UI and development streams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, specifically focusing on the MENA region.
• Oversee resource allocation, team capacity, and budget tracking.
• Prepare business proposals and identify project upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stream leaders to ensure quality.
• Improve internal processes using AI-first project management tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management within a digital agency or tech environment.
• Proven experience working with Middle East (MENA) clients and understanding of their business culture.
• Proficiency in both Polish and English (C1/C2 level).
• Strong experience with Jira and project management/time-tracking software.
• Leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams of 10-15 members.
• Solid understanding of budget management, profitability, and project reporting.
