What you will do

  • Build and manage a network of strategic partners in the Polish market.
  • Execute the full sales cycle to recruit new potential partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with partners through calls and demos to ensure product alignment.
  • Gather feedback from partners and their clients to identify new opportunities and market pain points.
  • Upsell additional products and services based on specific partner/client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to drive market success.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Partnerships, B2B sales, or SaaS environments.
  • Fluent in Polish and English required.
  • Must be based in Warsaw or willing to relocate to Poland.
  • Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong hunter mentality and proactive approach to business development.

Nice to have

  • Experience with channel sales or distribution partners.
  • Background in Human Resources, software, or payroll industries.
  • Previous experience working with SMBs in full-cycle sales.
