What you will do
- Develop and execute a joint market development plan to grow the Data & AI practice.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with Databricks sales executives and partner teams.
- Generate and accelerate qualified co-sell pipelines and close complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Lead tri-party opportunities involving hyperscalers and Databricks capabilities.
- Embed Databricks solutions into client proposals, POCs, and long-term delivery plans.
- Mentor colleagues and drive the Databricks practice community within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic alliance management or partner sales within the data/cloud ecosystem.
- Deep expertise in the Databricks portfolio, including Mosaic AI, Unity Catalog, and Delta Lake.
- Strong consultative sales instincts and ability to influence C-level data and AI strategy.
- Track record of executing co-sell motions with major technology vendors.
- Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and executive audiences.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA and available for regular business travel.
