What you will do
- Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate and expand relationships within major Retail enterprise accounts.
- Engage with stakeholders from C-level executives to practitioners to demonstrate the business impact of data solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle using a creative and fast-paced prospecting approach.
- Collaborate internally to allocate company resources effectively toward key sales opportunities.
- Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets through structured enterprise sales methodologies.
- Communicate account strategy, progress, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, including at least 2 years in the enterprise space.
- Experience selling cloud, big data, SaaS, or open-source technologies.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing complex deal cycles.
- Deep understanding of value-based selling methodologies and prospecting motions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
