What you will do

• Manage the group events calendar and translate business goals into measurable event strategies.
• Lead concurrent in-person, hybrid, and virtual events from concept to post-event wrap-up.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams to define audience engagement and content requirements.
• Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns and oversee CRM/automation workflows.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and project timelines to ensure seamless execution.
• Track KPIs and deliver post-event reporting to evaluate revenue impact and engagement.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in event or conference project management within B2B or professional services.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering sponsorships, exhibitions, and webinar programs.
• Proven capability with project management tools such as Asana.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate senior stakeholders and external vendors.
