What you will do
- Drive cross-tribe architectural vision and lead design initiatives for next-generation AdTech products.
- Solve complex scalability challenges in a high-throughput microservices ecosystem processing 10M+ daily orders.
- Set technical standards for code quality, observability, and performance optimization across squads.
- Partner with Product Management to define technical OKRs and reduce technical debt.
- Mentor Senior Engineers and influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Ensure seamless integration of distributed components into a cohesive platform architecture.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software development experience with a track record of delivering large-scale distributed systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in backend development, microservices architecture, and event-driven design.
- Deep expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong background in database optimization for both Relational and NoSQL technologies.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
- Solid experience with monitoring and reliability strategies using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
Nice to have
- Experience with AdTech products and domain-specific challenges.
- Knowledge of GenAI concepts including LLMs and Multi-Modal models.
- Active participation in the tech community, conferences, or open-source projects.
