Staff Product Designer (Q-Commerce)

TL;DR

Staff Product Designer (Q-Commerce): Designing scalable onboarding and technical integration solutions for the Quick Commerce partner ecosystem with an accent on complex B2B workflows and high-fidelity mobile/web interfaces. Focus on driving design strategy, conducting end-to-end product discovery, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to improve partner operations.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, Germany (Hybrid: 2 days/week in the office).

What you will do

• Lead design strategy in collaboration with product teams and senior stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery and research to high-fidelity implementation.
• Create seamless user experiences for partner onboarding and technical integrations.
• Translate complex business needs into intuitive web and mobile design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centric narratives and design best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design for web and mobile.
• Proven experience designing complex data-heavy B2B products.
• Expertise in Figma including distributed version control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
