Location: Salzburg or Vienna, Austria; 100% hybrid work with the choice to work from home or the office
Salary: EUR 50,000 gross annual starting salary for full-time employment, based in Austria

What you will do
- Design intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences that balance usability, product goals, and visual storytelling.
- Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and interface systems for sophisticated mobile applications.
- Create polished and responsive interfaces in Figma using consistent components, scalable layouts, and refined interaction patterns.
- Own the design process from concept and exploration through final execution, iteration, and handoff.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, clients, and stakeholders through workshops, design reviews, and sprint cycles.
- Explore AI tools for ideation, rapid prototyping, visual exploration, and workflow optimization.
Requirements
- Experience designing mobile UX/UI and complete product experiences.
- Strong skills in user journeys, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interface design.
- Proficiency with Figma and component-based, scalable design systems.
- Ability to manage end-to-end design processes with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent German and English are required for presenting concepts and collaborating with international teams and clients.
- Availability to work full-time from Salzburg or Vienna, Austria, in a hybrid setup.
