• Expertise in managing and governing large-scale design systems.
• Strong background in enterprise software with an understanding of configurability and technical constraints.
• Ability to lead through craft, clarity, and thoughtful critique.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders across engineering, product, and executive levels.
