What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor, working closely with senior leadership to challenge assumptions and shape how customer problems are framed.
• Lead product research for complex projects, such as entering new countries or changing product pricing.
• Define high-quality product research standards, from data gathering to storytelling.
• Build systems for easy access and use of customer insights across the company.
• Coach and mentor mid-level and senior product researchers to enhance their skills and impact.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in UX, product, or market research, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and impacting company-level strategy.
• Exceptional data visualization and narrative skills to transform complex behavioral patterns into compelling stories.
• Ability to lead through influence, resolving blockers and guiding senior peers through methodological challenges.
• Ability to break down complex customer ecosystems into actionable frameworks for cross-functional teams.
