What you will do

• Define and drive product design strategy for the Data Sources group to improve query success and user workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and technical writing to ship scalable design improvements.
• Execute and contribute to qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to deeply understand user pain points.
• Translate complex technical requirements and data into intuitive, easy-to-digest user experiences.
• Mentor and coach other designers while contributing to the evolution of internal team processes and AI tooling integration.
• Document design directions, UX tradeoffs, and detailed feature specifications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience designing B2B/enterprise software for technical users.
• Must be located in Germany.
• Ability to synthesize complex product strategy and research insights into cohesive, scalable design solutions.
• Experience conducting qualitative research in complex domains and building empathy with diverse user personas.
• Strong proactive communication skills and experience thriving in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners across different time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for agent automation or automating monotonous workflows.
• Domain knowledge in observability, cloud infrastructure, or database monitoring.
• Ability to rapidly gain expertise in complex technical domains and associated user workflows.
