What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for the Integrations domain, including the Apps catalog and Connect Panel.
• Create intuitive user experiences for discovering and managing complex workflow integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape product direction and long-term design vision.
• Translate complex technical requirements into simple and cohesive user flows.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency across the platform ecosystem.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and incorporate user insights.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in digital product design.
• Must be located in Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, or the UK.
• Proven track record of designing SaaS products, ideally for growth or marketing teams.
• Ability to own the full design process from initial discovery through to final delivery.
• Strong experience collaborating within cross-functional product teams.
• English proficiency: Fluent required.

Nice to have

• Experience with integration-heavy products, iPaaS platforms (Zapier, Make), or workflow automation tools.
• Experience mentoring other designers or leading design critiques.
• Familiarity with AI-powered workflows or ML-integrated products.
• Background in early-stage or 0-to-1 product development.
