TL;DR

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end product experiences for web and mobile platforms from discovery to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for enterprise projects.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure design feasibility and business alignment.
• Contribute to and maintain a scalable, consistent design system.
• Utilize data and user metrics to iterate and improve existing product experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
• Proven experience working with design systems and component libraries.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• German proficiency: Intermediate (B1) or higher required.
• Must be based in one of the listed European countries.
