TL;DR

Director of Global Business Development (AI): Leading global BDR teams in identifying and engaging future hirify.global clients across the US & EMEA with an accent on strategy, execution, and delivery of qualified meeting goals. Focus on partnering with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine messaging and optimize the lead funnel in the AI era.

Location: Based in New York City, operating on a hybrid model (3 days a week in-office). Regular travel to the London office is required.

Salary: $118,000 - $138,000 base salary + 40% bonus, based on experience.

What you will do

  • Own the global outbound pipeline target and manage strategy, execution, and delivery of monthly and quarterly qualified meeting goals across all territories.
  • Directly manage the NYC and EMEA BDR teams, partnering closely with Sales Leaders in EMEA to ensure a unified global culture.
  • Own the global headcount plan, including recruiting, onboarding, and continuous professional development for the BDR organization.
  • Partner with Marketing to execute high-touch Account-Based Marketing strategies for Tier-1 global accounts.
  • Standardize and optimize prospecting, maintaining high standards for lead qualification.
  • Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Sales Leadership to refine messaging, optimize the lead funnel, and ensure the outbound strategy aligns with the evolution in the new era of AI.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in a SaaS sales-related role, with at least 3–4 years of proven success leading or mentoring a team.
  • Experience managing global or remote teams is a significant plus.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft or similar solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on consultative selling.
  • Strategic maturity with the ability to pivot from high-level C-Suite reporting to 1:1 call coaching.
