What you will do
- Identify new business opportunities across the real estate industry.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Associates, including account allocation and performance monitoring.
- Coach and train the team to achieve sales targets and close large business accounts.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of services as per client contracts.
- Plan and present reports on KPIs, sales strategy, and market share growth initiatives.
- Manage and document all sales activities and results in CRM and tracking tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales with a strong focus on field sales.
- Proven ability in route planning and managing a field sales team.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and training teams to improve performance.
- Strong presentation, pitching, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized with an ability to recommend data-driven solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
