What you will do

  • Generate and qualify enterprise pipeline using high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn).
  • Build and execute account-based marketing motions, from lead generation to qualification.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns and paid ads.
  • Design and run experimental outbound sprints to generate new pipeline.
  • Maintain data integrity and accurate record-keeping within the sales tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.).
  • Take ownership of growth initiatives and adapt quickly to new prospecting tools.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SDR/BDR or outbound sales.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach and hit activity targets.
  • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with enterprise sales processes.
