What you will do
- Conduct 70–100 outbound calls per day to generate and qualify leads.
- Send follow-up emails and secure meetings (video calls or in-person catch-ups).
- Research and qualify prospects based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Build rapport and engage prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Identify high-potential leads and hand them over to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and appointments in the CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound prospecting tools.
- Strong work ethic, persistence, and goal-driven mindset.
