Sr Staff Product Operations Manager (SaaS/AI)

What you will do

• Define and govern the strategic engagement model between Engineering, Product, and GTM to integrate product milestones with revenue velocity.
• Evaluate business investments by analyzing resource allocation, unit economics, and opportunity costs for the Data and AI platform.
• Translate "engineering velocity" into market impact to provide clarity for high-stakes executive decision-making.
• Lead the evolution of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) by identifying structural bottlenecks and designing scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Support, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive operational alignment and continuous improvement of support workflows.
• Build KPI frameworks and dashboards to measure support effectiveness and track customer experience across channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of professional experience in Management Consulting, Product Strategy, TPM, or Operations in the technology sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, mathematical, or analytical field; MBA is highly preferred.
• Experience designing and scaling operational frameworks within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
• Expert-level ability to use SQL-based tools and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms for strategic decision-making.
• Proven track record of leading high-stakes, multi-quarter initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for non-technical executives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Databricks tools, especially for ETL functions.
• Experience working on Support Operations for SaaS-based companies.
• Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira, Looker, or Tableau.
