What you will do

• Become an expert across our analytics suite of products and improve your industry knowledge.
• Partner with clients and colleagues to gather business requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Develop high-quality workflows for our clients that are scalable and supportable.
• Partner with our data integration teams to advise on extracting, transforming, and loading client and third-party data for use in hirify.global.
• Collaborate with internal and external project management personnel to communicate progress, maintain scope and identify risks.
• Provide user training and support the development of training programs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working with hirify.global’s Analytics tools.
• Strong technical background.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
• Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members in offices globally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• CIPM, CFA, FRM, or desire to pursue is a plus
