What you will do

• Rotate through three core technical streams, including software development, business analysis, and infrastructure engineering.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions while supporting core banking systems and platforms.
• Collaborate across diverse business areas, including regional/rural branches and operations.
• Ensure reliable network connectivity and robust infrastructure across the organization.
• Potentially complete a two-week international assignment at the global head office in Utrecht.
• Engage in professional development and training as part of an structured 18-month graduate journey.

Requirements

• Must be a final year undergraduate/postgraduate student or graduated within the last three years.
• Must be an Australia or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident.
• Available for full-time employment starting February 2027.
• Demonstrated knowledge and interest in your chosen technical field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to plan and organize independently.
