Salary Range: 50K to 57K (Base) + 15K to 18K(Variable)

What you will do
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel revenue for hirify.global.
- Conduct high-level discovery conversations with Senior Executives.
- Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Evangelize the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for global supply chains.
- Maintain an activity volume to qualify leads and create pipeline growth.
- Report results on a weekly basis and create quarterly business plans.
Requirements
- 4-year university degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Sales and/or Marketing.
- Experience working in Sustainability, CSR or B2B Procurement would be a plus.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, or other sales tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
