Location: Hybrid in Barcelona. Availability to work afternoon shifts (14:00–23:00), as these align with the operational hours of the target market

hirify.global is an international distributor of omnichannel brands, specialising in blank & customised apparel, both for B2B and B2C.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and prospecting potential clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and position tailored solutions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring their needs are met and managing the order and follow-up process.
  • Maintain regular outreach to clients to ensure satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and secure repeat business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach and proposal to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of products.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, offering insights into client behavior and market trends.

Requirements

  • +2 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Native/fluent in English; a good level of French is a plus.
  • Proactive and sales-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Ability to analyze numbers and metrics to drive sales performance.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and basic graphic design literacy
