TL;DR

Senior Manager, People Compliance (HR): Designing and executing global People Compliance programs to ensure policies are thoughtful, scalable, and aligned with company values. Focus on assessing employment laws, drafting policies, and supporting audits and risk assessments.

Location: Based in San Francisco with a hybrid model (3 days/week in office). We encourage candidates able to work from this location or open to relocation to apply; relocation support is available.

Salary: $228K – $285K + Offers Equity

What you will do

• Lead global People Compliance initiatives across timelines, stakeholders, and execution.
• Assess employment laws and support policy updates.
• Draft and maintain policies, standards, and internal guidance.
• Partner cross-functionally on compliance across records, immigration, classification, and expansion.
• Track metrics, build dashboards, and provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in program management, compliance, People operations, or risk/audit.
• Experience in global or growing organizations.
• Knowledge of U.S. and international employment law and compliance practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and operational complexity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
