What you will do

• Accelerate growth of existing revenue streams and lay the foundation for new monetization opportunities.
• Own complex initiatives end-to-end by partnering with Product to refine requirements and execute best-in-class user experiences.
• Collaborate with Staff Engineers and partners to drive technical alignment across systems and long-term vision.
• Advise leadership on critical technical considerations tied to engineering excellence and strategic planning.
• Lead a full-stack engineering work across Web, Android, and iOS, setting the technical bar for your team.
• Rapidly prototype new features and synthesize insights through experimentation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Full-stack proficiency in React/React Native and Python backend development.
• Product sense with empathy for internal and external users.
• Technical leadership skills to translate ambiguous goals into executable roadmaps.
• Ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
• Performance-focused mindset with a solid understanding of React and client-server performance optimization.
