Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Enterprise)

Location: Remote; hiring in the US or Canada. Candidates must have 4+ hours of overlap with team members in the Eastern Time Zone. Optional office work is available in Williamsburg, New York.

Annual base salary: $215,000–$275,000 USD, plus equity and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Design and build the Dia Admin Console for enterprise organization administrators.
• Develop entitlement models, role models, provisioning and deprovisioning APIs, access enforcement, and policy configuration.
• Integrate Dia with Atlassian Admin Hub, Identity, and Commerce platforms so it functions as a first-party product.
• Build usage reporting, metering, consumption limits, self-serve onboarding, and other enterprise tooling.
• Partner with client engineers to deliver enterprise features in the native Swift and Chromium client.
• Set the technical direction for enterprise administration and help shape the roadmap as customer needs evolve.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience building production web applications end to end.
• Strong ability to design data models, build APIs, and develop user-facing interfaces.
• Experience or interest in building high-quality administration and enterprise tools.
• Willingness to learn enough Swift and Chromium development to ship client-side enterprise features when needed.
• Ability to solve complex problems independently and make sound decisions in an ambiguous environment.
• Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise identity, security, provisioning, entitlement management, or commerce integrations.
• Experience working in a startup environment with rapid product validation cycles.
