Salary: $176,000 to $198,000 + equity + benefits.

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's Ads Policy Operations function, including enforcement workflows, decision trees, and scaled review plans.
• Own enforcement decisions by applying hirify.global's Ads Policy and Revenue Partnerships Policy.
• Build working relationships across the company, translating policy into clear decisions for account managers and account executives.
• Define metrics to track SLA performance, coverage, quality, and escalation rates.
• Establish QA processes for enforcement decisions and create feedback loops for improvement.
• Drive cross-functional work, including age-gating implementation and brand safety frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Trust & Safety, ads enforcement, content policy operations, or a related field.
• Proficient with AI and AI-powered tools.
• Experience building an enforcement operation, including SOPs and SLAs.
• Familiarity with digital advertising and the tension between business needs and brand safety.
• Track record of building cross-functional relationships across Sales, Policy, Legal, and Product.
• Strong analytical instincts and good judgement on hard calls.
