What you will do

• Engage with business process owners to identify automation opportunities and understand operational challenges.
• Translate business requirements into structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to propose scalable automation solutions.
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and provide support throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with CoE standards and maintain traceability of requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within automation, digital transformation, or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
• Experience creating user stories and process documentation.
• Familiarity with automation technologies (UiPath, Alteryx, Workato, AI/ML/NLP/OCR).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a CoE or similar cross-functional model.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, UiPath Business Analyst, Lean Six Sigma, etc.
