What you will do

• Partner with Agent Development leadership to bring operational rigor and strategic support.
• Establish operating cadence to monitor business health metrics like pipeline and deployment progress.
• Define and scale best practices for enterprise AI agent deployment.
• Drive account expansion strategies by identifying opportunities and building repeatable growth motions.
• Analyze complex datasets and deliver executive-ready insights to inform decisions.
• Build internal AI-powered tools to automate workflows and increase operational leverage.

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in San Francisco, CA, USA
• 3-5 years experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at top-tier tech companies.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to handle large datasets and translate findings into business actions.
• Experience supporting sales or commercial teams in strategy and operations roles.
• Ability to work independently in fast-changing, ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.

Nice to have

• Technical fluency and experience building internal tools using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Previous 0-1 operating experience at a growth-stage technology company.
