What you will do
- Lead or support high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through strategy, planning, and execution.
- Use AI, data, and research to generate insights and frame recommendations influencing direction and prioritization.
- Design and implement operating models including alignment rituals, ownership structures, and goal tracking.
- Write high-quality communications such as executive summaries and strategy documents to clarify priorities.
- Partner with leaders and teams to facilitate decisions, navigate trade-offs, and unblock execution.
- Improve workflows by evolving playbooks and streamlining collaboration models.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in North America (United States, Canada, or Mexico) for remote work.
- 4+ years experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or strategic finance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver concrete outcomes.
- Fluency with AI and automation tools such as hirify.global, ChatGPT, Claude, and Cursor.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without authority.
