What you will do

• Collaborate with legal stakeholders to uncover high-impact Gen AI use cases.
• Leverage AI tools to assist in the creation of requirements, product/market fit analysis, and use case development.
• Convert customer business needs into clear, actionable specifications for engineering teams.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and assess the viability of Gen AI initiatives.
• Define KPIs and track performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in an AI-first environment.
• Strong communicator able to talk to internal employees as well as customers.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, AI Agents).
• Strong understanding of legal processes and terminology.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Word, or Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience working with fast-paced, innovative engineering teams developing products that have direct impact on customer value.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, legal ethics).
• Exposure to legal document automation, eDiscovery platforms, or contract lifecycle management tools.
