What you will do

• Manage and improve change management workflows and operational processes, including tracking and processing change requests.
• Pull, analyze, and generate operational and program reports; create dashboards and communicate program health.
• Support day-to-day program operations and coordinate deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across teams and suppliers.
• Engage with third-party suppliers and manage contract creation, review, and modification.
• Maintain strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment throughout the reverse supply chain lifecycle.
• Facilitate meetings and communication to ensure progress and closure of change requests.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Redmond, WA, United States
• 8–10+ years of experience in program management, business analytics, supply chain operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of supplier and contract management processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and work-tracking systems such as Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with reverse supply chain, IT asset disposition (ITAD), recycling, or circular economy programs.
• Familiarity with enterprise contract management systems like Icertis.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies and process improvement practices.
• Background in sustainability-focused or operational scaling initiatives.
