Implementation Consultant

TL;DR

Implementation Consultant: Leading the onboarding and continued education for elite customers, ensuring the successful implementation of products. Focus on training customers, being the voice of the customer and collaborating across disciplines.

Location: This role requires three days in the office per week, so we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Lincoln.

Salary: $63,000 - $106,000 USD

What you will do

• Be a strong communicator and constantly push for alignment between the Sales team and customers on short- and long-term goals.
• Train customers by understanding their unique workflows and ensuring they're set up for success with our products.
• Be the voice of the customer by deeply understanding the needs of elite customers and providing direct feedback to product teams.
• Collaborate across disciplines, working closely with Support, Sales, and Education to surface customer insights and execute our global training strategy.

Requirements

• Sportscode experience.
• Adaptable and willing to learn new products, sports, and workflows.
• A problem-solver with knowledge of both software and hardware, capable of navigating complex camera and network installations.
• An effective trainer who can break down complex concepts into simple, digestible steps.
• Team-focused and willing to do whatever it takes to see the team succeed.
• Willingness to travel on a monthly basis.

Nice to have

• Customer-facing experience in training or education roles.
• Global experience working within a distributed team.
