Sr. Solutions Engineer, Public Sector (SaaS)

Sr. Solutions Engineer, Public Sector (SaaS): Evangelizing hirify.global' SaaS and self-hosted solutions to win new customers within the public sector with an accent on demonstrating how hirify.global can work with existing technology stacks to perform simple or complex automation. Focus on managing the technical decision process with customers and collaborating with sales to identify key use cases.

Location: Must be based in the DMV area (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia area) as it will require regular in person travel in this region.

Salary: $225-245k OTE + equity

What you will do

• Develop knowledge of hirify.global intelligent workflow platform and apply it to security & IT operations challenges.
• Create and deliver presentations to prospective customers and key alliance partners.
• Build and demo hirify.global Stories with customers to show value and win sales.
• Manage the technical decision process with customers and proof of concepts.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify key use cases to support competitive account strategies.
• Support enablement of hirify.global’ priority channel and technical alliance partners.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales / solutions engineering or technology delivery position at a SaaS company.
• Strong technical background and experience working with APIs.
• Experience selling to the Public Sector.
• Security and/or IT industry experience.
• Strong skills and experience with uncovering customer needs and delivering demos.
