What you will do
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert to drive business value and evangelize platform capabilities internally and externally.
- Support the sales organization by qualifying leads and matching product technical capabilities to customer-specific business goals.
- Facilitate value-based workshops for prospects to demonstrate strategic ROI and solve complex IT operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT Security, Operations, and Service Management to identify new use cases.
- Lead large-scale enterprise transactions and contribute to marketing activities and company events.
Requirements
- Must have extensive experience (5+ years) in a technical presales or consulting role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals in SaaS/Cloud environments.
- Deep understanding of ITIL, Desktop Services, or Digital Experience Monitoring.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience introducing new technology into competitive markets.
- Ability to travel domestically within the USA and internationally as required.
