Focus on proactively researching, prospecting, and identifying new provider partners, developing authentic, long-term relationships, and sharing best practices that strengthen the team.

What you will do

  • Spend 5 days per week in the field, meeting with providers.
  • Proactively research, prospect, and identify new provider partners.
  • Build trust and credibility with leads, converting them into referral partners.
  • Develop authentic, long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff.
  • Help shape the Provider Partnerships function by refining processes and creating resources.

Requirements

  • Have proven success in a provider-facing field sales role (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow a territory from the ground up with strategic ownership.
  • Have a strong professional presence and the ability to influence and connect across the entire office.
  • Have proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and a comfort with quickly learning new systems.
  • Have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position.
