What you will do

  • Support the retention and growth of assigned merchants through regular check-ins and business reviews.
  • Provide consultancy to merchants on optimizing revenue using premium products.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth Go-Live for new merchants and optimize their integration settings.
  • Help coordinate co-marketing activities to attract hirify.global’s audience, working closely with the internal Marketing team.
  • Use data to identify business opportunities and prepare sales presentations.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations in the BNPL space.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in the fintech and e-commerce industry with a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to use data to support arguments and presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong desire to learn a structured Sales Process measured by KPIs and Leading Indicators.
  • 1+ year of experience in account management, sales, or internships within the digital/e-commerce sector.
