What you will do
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Target high-potential accounts and map key decision-making processes.
- Book discovery meetings for Account Executives to ensure a smooth pipeline handoff.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine campaigns, lead nurturing, and market feedback.
- Consistently achieve KPIs for outreach and qualified opportunity creation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS sales, logistics, or supply chain business development.
- Fluency in Italian and English required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative mindset.
- Resilience and persistence in high-volume outreach.
- Experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Apollo.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with adaptability to new markets.
