What you will do
- Build and grow a pipeline of corporate and education partnerships throughout Italy.
- Identify new business opportunities and secure long-term agreements with institutions and universities.
- Turn signed contracts into real production and room nights.
- Grow existing accounts through follow-ups and upsell initiatives.
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and local hub teams to align pricing and strategy.
- Monitor performance and forecasts using Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within hospitality or travel.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Based in Rome with willingness to travel regularly within Italy.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to manage personal sales targets.
- Experience with corporate travel or education partners is a plus.
