TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (IoT): Managing regional sales initiatives and partner relationships for innovative network security and business intelligence solutions with an accent on consultative selling and technical education. Focus on developing new prospects, executing product demonstrations, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and Salesforce-based relationship management.

Location: Must be based in North Carolina or South Carolina

Compensation: $140,000 – $150,000 Total Target Compensation

What you will do

  • Promote and educate partners including integrators and consultants on innovative IoT security and business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop and maintain fluid communications with existing partners and new prospects.
  • Execute site visits, product demonstrations, and educational speaking seminars.
  • Work cohesively with technology integration partners to design systems and Bills of Materials (BOM).
  • Attend trade shows, webinars, and Axis Academy training sessions.
  • Actively manage relationship lifecycles and opportunity tracking using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a sales-driven position.
  • Must reside in or be able to work within the North Carolina or South Carolina region.
  • Strong technical background with an aptitude for learning hardware and software network products.
  • Proficiency with CRM solutions, specifically Salesforce.
  • Professional public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 40%-60% of the time.
