What you will do

  • Generate pipeline from ideal customer profile accounts through thoughtful outreach to target personas.
  • Build relationships with account executives and the wider ecosystem, including marketing and operations.
  • Research key accounts' initiatives to develop a "hypothesis of value."
  • Strategize and execute multi-touch account-based campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales.
  • Find creative ways to engage prospects and potential buyers that fit the ideal customer profile.
  • Maintain accurate information in Salesforce to scale what works, while automating and improving processes.

Requirements

  • Sales development experience in a role for a B2B AI or SaaS company.
  • Demonstrable success exceeding outbound pipeline generation goals in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
  • Experience targeting marketing and GTM personas.
  • Genuinely excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-starter with an experimental mindset - Use of AI in your process is crucial.
  • Highly organised both in planning and time management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce, AI tools/platforms, GSuite.
  • Curious & eager to learn & improve every day.
