Location: Remote, must be based in the UK

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closure.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate hirify.global’s value proposition to prospects and clients.
  • Develop strategic account plans leading to consistent target attainment and forecast accuracy.
  • Secure and nurture relationships with client teams at all levels.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and other teams to ensure customer alignment.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of new business acquisition experience in a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or services/agency).
  • Demonstrable record of sales success.
  • Knowledge of selling to R&D teams or research personas within medium to large corporate/enterprise clients.
  • Experience working with usage-based commercial models in a land and expand motion.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to thrive in a scale-up environment, operating with experimental and growth principles.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the participant/panel/recruitment market within marketing research.
  • Experience working within a specialist market research company/agency.
