What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closure.
- Clearly articulate and demonstrate hirify.global’s value proposition to prospects and clients.
- Develop strategic account plans leading to consistent target attainment and forecast accuracy.
- Secure and nurture relationships with client teams at all levels.
- Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and other teams to ensure customer alignment.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of new business acquisition experience in a B2B environment (ideally SaaS or services/agency).
- Demonstrable record of sales success.
- Knowledge of selling to R&D teams or research personas within medium to large corporate/enterprise clients.
- Experience working with usage-based commercial models in a land and expand motion.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a scale-up environment, operating with experimental and growth principles.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the participant/panel/recruitment market within marketing research.
- Experience working within a specialist market research company/agency.
