Location: Must be based in Germany (Munich, Berlin, or Cologne) with a hybrid work schedule (2 days in office).

What you will do

  • Leverage market-leading position to engage new clients and strengthen partnerships across the German-speaking business landscape.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualification of inbound leads to closing new business deals.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, focusing on cross-selling and upselling strategies.
  • Collaborate with SDR and Marketing teams to ensure market success and optimize lead conversion.
  • Forecast and track all sales activities, including purchase timeframes and specific use cases.
  • Serve as a product ambassador, addressing client inquiries and demonstrating the value of AI language tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle software sales, specifically within the SaaS industry.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in growing territories or expanding market footprints.
  • Exceptional organizational and presentation skills for high-volume sales interactions.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
