What you will do
- Develop and execute integrated field and regional marketing programs (events, webinars, roundtables, roadshows, co-marketing) to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline for the sales team.
- Strategise and oversee the execution of a mix of sponsored and owned events and experiences with a localised approach to maximise impact and engagement.
- Develop account-based marketing programs targeting key mid-market accounts in collaboration with the sales and SDR teams.
- Leverage digital channels (email, social, content syndication, paid) to amplify field activities and ensure consistent follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Partnerships team to develop and align marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
- Analyse and report on performance metrics to inform strategy and communicate results to leadership.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, with the ability to craft and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies.
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant B2B marketing role with experience in field, regional, or account-based marketing with direct sales alignment.
- Strong financial acumen, project management, and communication skills, with the ability to manage budgets and calculate marketing ROI.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on data in a dynamic market.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
- Fluent in English (C1+), as it is the company language.
