What you will do
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor to CSM segment and channel leaders to drive performance.
- Own the weekly business review cadence, managing pipelines, forecasts, and performance tracking.
- Design and implement CSM plays to improve product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and workflow bottlenecks to improve sales effectiveness.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on CSM metrics and leading indicators to drive data-backed decision making.
- Provide analytical input for territory design, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within Enterprise Software or Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (MBA preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL.
- Strong experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
- Must be a U.S.-based resident.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate complex strategic discussions.
