Salary: $109,000–$174,000 annually (specific to CA, CT, MD, MA, NJ, NY, WA, and DC; may vary by location)

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to CSM segment and channel leaders to drive performance.
  • Own the weekly business review cadence, managing pipelines, forecasts, and performance tracking.
  • Design and implement CSM plays to improve product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and resolve process inefficiencies and workflow bottlenecks to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on CSM metrics and leading indicators to drive data-backed decision making.
  • Provide analytical input for territory design, headcount planning, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within Enterprise Software or Technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (MBA preferred).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and SQL.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Must be a U.S.-based resident.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate complex strategic discussions.
