Location: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, and employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in locations where the workplace policy applies: San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
Salary: USD $99,200 and USD $198,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular project health updates to ensure alignment.
- Map current business processes and design future processes to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with developers daily to clarify requirements and assist in removing blockers.
- Conduct functional testing and define acceptance criteria to ensure quality and completeness of deliverables.
- Act as a de-facto Project Manager for smaller workstreams, prioritizing deliverables based on business value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience with a strong understanding of SDLC.
- Proficiency in Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong functional and regression testing experience with the ability to identify logical gaps.
- Proficient in tools such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, and wireframing tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Figma, Miro).
- Experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot).
