What you will do
- Design, implement, and manage the global renewals workflow within Salesforce to improve team efficiency.
- Build and manage dashboards to track renewal metrics, maintaining the "source of truth" for renewal data.
- Analyze historical churn data to identify "at-risk" patterns and provide actionable recommendations.
- Partner with Finance on revenue recognition, bookings, and compensation inquiries.
- Lead regular audits of renewal opportunities and customer contracts to ensure data accuracy for commissions and financial reporting.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Renewals Ops, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (reporting/dashboards/flow logic), GoogleSheets (pivot tables, formulas, modeling), CSM tools, and familiarity with SQL or BI tools.
- Ability to translate "messy" data into clear narratives and strategic business cases.
- Strong ability to explain complex operational processes to non-technical stakeholders.
