Location: Chicago, IL, United States with hybrid and remote work options

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually

What you will do

  • Identify sales skills gaps and create training initiatives to address them
  • Develop enablement resources in collaboration with subject matter experts and leadership
  • Facilitate enablement sessions including product training and sales process coaching
  • Manage program logistics, communications, and participation tracking
  • Align enablement programs with sales strategy and objectives
  • Analyze feedback and onboarding metrics to improve programs continuously

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years in sales enablement or sales training roles with proven onboarding program success
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (Highspot preferred) and learning management systems (Docebo preferred)
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with ability to work in matrix teams
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (SFDC preferred) and remote training applications
